My stay at Empress Residence Resort And Spa was a mix of comfort and some drawbacks. The welcoming service was impressive, especially from Morocot and Vandy. However, I noticed that the Wi-Fi in my room didn't work well during my two-night stay. which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I found the experience enjoyable, but it could use some improvement in certain areas.
